Program Distribution Team

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You can climb stairs and lift up to 15 pounds.

TIME: Thursday: 9 am - 1 pm (or until task completed)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Place program bags on each seat in the arena

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: 1 free registration for the 2008 National Conference

BOX LUNCH: Provided with the registration for Friday and Saturday

ELIGIBILITY:Must be physically able to climb stairs and do minimal lifting

Product Sales Team

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF:You can follow directions, handle money, stay on your feet for extended periods of time, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience highly preferred.

TIMES & MANDATORY ORIENTATION: Thursday: 3 pm - 10 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: Help at Resource tables during the "rush" times (before and after the conference, plus during lunch or other breaks.) Specific jobs are assigned at orientation.

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: Volunteers will be able to sit down and enjoy the National Conference when it is in session.

BOX LUNCH: Provided on Friday and Saturday

ELIGIBILITY:Must be able to follow directions, handle money, and be on your feet for a period of time.

Box Mover Team

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You know how to handle a hand-guided pallet jack and can do moderately heavy lifting (25-30 lbs).

TIME: Thursday: 8 am - 1 pm (or until completed)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be locating pallets of boxes at each arena entrance off the concourse from the loading dock area. May also be distributing boxes from the pallets at different areas in the arena.

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: Box Mover Volunteers will receive 2 free registrations for the 2008 National Conference; includes a box lunch for both days.

BOX LUNCH: Provided Friday and Saturday for conference attendees.

ELIGIBILITY:Must be able bodied and have the ability to handle a hand-guided pallet.

Arena Team

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You do NOT plan on being an attendee at the event, willing to follow directions, handle light lifting of 25-30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time and enjoy a variety of duties.

TIMES & MANDATORY ORIENTATION:
Thursday: 3 pm - 10 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am- 3 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: Expect a variety of duties such as helping with registration, keeping products stocked at tables, lunch box distribution and general assistance while the conference is in session.

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: Due to the demands of this position, Arena Volunteers will be NOT be able to attend the conference. They will receive 2 free registrations for the 2008 National Conference for guests of their choice.

BOX LUNCH: Provided on Friday and Saturday for both volunteer and guests

ELIGIBILITY: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, handle money, and be on your feet for a period of time.

Production Runner

Volunteer during the entire conference so that others can attend free.
A great position for Men!

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF: You do NOT plan on being an attendee at the event. Have a good driving record, vehicle, and cellular phone. You are able to follow directions and be a team player.

TIMES (MANDATORY): Wednesday 8:00 am-6:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am-10:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES: Run errands as requested by the Production Director. Provide general assistance as requested by the Production Director. Know the area surrounding the arena.

CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: Due to the demands of this position,
Production Runner Volunteers will NOT be able to attend the conference. The selected Production Runner will receive 6 free registrations for both the pre-conference and the Amazing Freedom conference for guests of their choice.

BOX LUNCH: Meals will be provided Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday in our Staff Catering

ELIGIBILITY: Must be at least 18 years of age. Complete the attached application. You must have a vehicle, clear a background check, and have a good driving record and a cellular phone.
